Viewing Pronouns for Staff

Staff can view the pronouns that students have chosen to use as personal identifiers. Faculty and Staff can access an online resource available through the Office for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for more information on how to utilize student pronouns:  Best Practices Resource for Faculty and Staff -Pronouns and Preferred Names.  It is located online on ODEI's:

Tile navigation: Staff Homepage>Campus Community>Add/Update a Person

  1. From the Staff homepage, click on the Campus Community tile.

  2. From the menu on the left, click on Add/Update a Person.

  3. Enter the Student Id or the name of the student that you wish to view.

  4. If the student has entered a pronoun for personal identification, it can be viewed under their photo on the right side of the page.
