Chairperson - Students with No Enrollment
The Chairperson of a department can compile a list of students who have a scheduling flag and have not enrolled in classes. With this compiled list, the chairperson can reach out to students with instructions.
Tile navigation: Student Records>Advising>View Students by Department
- Click on the Student Records tile then the Advising tile
- From the menu, click on View Students by Departments.
- To compile the list, click on the circle to the left of Students with no Enrollment.
Enter the term desired. The list can show all students in the department with the
no enrollment by leaving the Acad Plan box empty or the list can be limited to an
Academic Plan by choosing an academic plan from the drop-down list. Click on the
green Get List of Students button.
- A student may have no enrollment for different reasons. Bursar/Financial Aid/Registrar
holds can also prevent a student from enrolling. From this list, a student can be
selected and notified easily.
