    Sensory-Friendly Evening with Santa Will Provide Ho-Ho Happiness for Children Needing Less-Stimulating Holiday Magic

    Understanding that every child deserves a special Santa moment, the West Chester University Alumni Association will host children with sensory-sensitivities ranging from three to 19 years of age and their parents during a special Sensory-Friendly Evening with Santa on Wednesday, December 1, 4:30 - 7:00 p.m., at the WCU Alumni & Foundation Center, 202 Carter Drive, West Chester, PA.

    Holiday Diaper Drive to Benefit Families & Children of Chester County

    Inspired by a season of giving where neighbors make all the difference, West Chester University (WCU) Community Mental Health Services (CMHS) has partnered with United Way of Chester County to host a Holiday Diaper Drive now through December 17. Members of the community are asked to donate diapers to children and families in need in Chester County, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m., at designated collection sites on the campus of West Chester University.

    Essential Utilities Presents $75,000 Check to WCU Resource Pantry to Help Minimize Food & Basic-Need Insecurities Among College Students

    In survey data collected last year, approximately 40% of West Chester University (WCU) students reported experiencing some type of basic-need insecurity, including not having enough food to eat. During this season of thanks and giving, Essential Utilities stepped up in a big way to assist WCU students who depend upon the services provided by the University's Resource Pantry.
