List of Students with a Scheduling Hold

The Chairperson of a department can compile a list of students who have a scheduling hold and have not enrolled in classes. With this compiled list, the chairperson can reach out to students with instructions.

Tile navigation: Student Records>Advising>View Students by Department

  1. Click on the Student Records tile Chairperson List of Student with Scheduling Flag 1 then the Advising tile

  2. From the menu, click on View Students by Department.

  3. To compile the list, click on the circle to the left of Student with Scheduling Hold. Enter the term desired. The list can show all students in the department with the hold by leaving the Acad Plan box empty or the list can be limited to an Academic Plan by choosing an academic plan from the drop-down list. Click on the green Get List of Students button.

  4. From the list, a student or all students from list can be selected and notified that a scheduling appointment is necessary. Or if a scheduling appointment has been completed, the Allow Scheduling box can be checked by clicking on the box. This action will remove the Scheduling Hold.
