How to submit a referral to Student Success & Engagement Team (SSET)

SSET offers student supports based on cases & alerts collected via the Navigate student engagement platform. If you have a student that you would like to SSET to connect with, please submit a Navigate alert.

Who:  SSET referrals can be made by faculty & staff.

How:

  1. Log into Navigate via the “Navigate” tile in myWCU.
  2. Under Actions on the right-hand side, select “Issue a concern/kudos”

  3. Enter the student’s name or ID number, select reason as: “SSET Case/Academic Engagement Concern”; indicate if there is a specific class you are reporting based on; and please enter comments. Comments are critical to helping the SSET team understand the concern and connect with the student.
