  • CONFIRMED Requests:If modifications need to be made, please reply to your confirmation email with the requested
  • TENTATIVE Requests:The requester can make changes to most fields, with exception to the Event Date and Event
    • While logged in, click on Go to Search, located on the upper right-hand corner.
    • The “Select Object” will default to Events.
    • Under the “Saved Searches (optional)” drop down, select the Pre-Defined Group of Events You Have Requested.
    • Click Search.
    • A list of events will appear below your search.
    • Click on the event you would like to edit.
    • Your event will open to the “Details” page.
    • Click Edit Eventin the upper-right area of the screen.
    • Proceed through the Event Formand make necessary changes.  Please be aware that when you edit a reservation, your Event Location may be deleted.  MAKE SURE YOUR EVENT LOCATION IS STILL BEING REQUESTED.
    • You will be required to check off “I Agree” under the Affirmation
    • Click on Save.
    • If you are unable to make changes, contact the approver of the space. Please include the Event Nameand Reference Number in all communications.
