Welcome to Information Services

West Chester University’s Information Services (IS) division’s primary role is to provide the campus with technology services and support to faculty, staff and students.  The division is comprised of Information Technology and Academic Computing, Administrative Computing, Networking & Telecommunications, Information Security, Institutional Research and ResNet Central.  Together these departments enhance integration of technology into curriculum, provide software training, help desk technical support, digital media services, support for the WCU website, development and maintenance of enterprise systems (MyWCU), course management services (Blackboard), and the distribution of networking and phone services.
