Financial Aid Announcements

  • 2022-2023 FAFSA is available at studentaid.gov/fafsa. Need help? Sign up for FAFSA appointments at wcupa.edu/FAFSA.  For updated cost information please see our cost calculator https://wcupa.edu/calculator.

  • Financial Aid Tasks are now available on MyWCU.

    New Students: Setting your Password

    Before a new student can use their WCU account they must first set their password. Go to the Change Password page (https://password.wcupa.edu/changePassword.asp) to set your password.

    Select Reset Forgotten Password.
    Enter your username
    The page will requires you to enter the last four digits of your social security number, and birthdate (mm/dd/yyyy).
    Enter a Password that is at least 12 characters in length.

  • Financial Aid Office has returned to in-person operations but we are still offering zoom appointments as well. Email finaid@wcupa.edu to schedule an in-person or zoom appointment.  

  • Department of Education released new guidance on the verification process on July 13th, 2021. To see how this may impact your financial aid, please review our Temporary Verification Policy. 

  • All students please make sure you are checking Financial Aid Tasks on MyWCU regularly and if borrowing Direct Loan funding complete your MPN and Entrance Counseling online at studentaid.gov.
