Project guides are undergraduate students who completed a collaborative course and facilitate collaborative active learning of fellow undergraduates. Traditionally, mentoring has been seen as a collaborative process in which someone with greater experience (the “project guide”) offers support, guidance, and advice to facilitate learning and development of someone with lesser experience (the “mentee” or “student”).
