Graduate School Events

On-Campus AND Virtual (Online) Options:

Our events rotate between on-campus, online and nearby venues. These sessions provide an opportunity to learn more about applying to WCU along with general academic and financial aid information. The 45-minute to 1.5 hour sessions are given by the Graduate School office, and often times there are representatives from academic programs present. Registration is required for all sessions. Attendees will qualify for an application fee waiver code. Please

if you have any questions or trouble registering for an event.

  • Persons with Disabilities: Persons who may need special accommodations during these events should contact the Office of Admissions at 610-436-2943 or e-mail Graduate Admissions at least 1 week prior to the visit.
  • Inclement Weather: In the case of inclement weather, please check the WCU Homepage or call 610-436-1000. If classes are canceled, all tours are as well. Delayed openings will not affect the schedule.

After 4:00pm, all of our STUDENT parking lots are open to anyone - no permit required. Lot K is directly behind Sykes Student Union. If full, Lot M is another parking area. Please note you cannot park in employee lots, and you must be parked in a legal spot. We will have signs directing you from parking to the event location in Sykes.

Please note, students applying to programs using a centralized application system will not be able to use the fee waiver code (i.e. SLP, Athletic Training)
