Curriculum & Certificate Types

All the workshops offered provide valuable insights and information in expanding our understanding and engagement with diversity, equity and inclusion on campus and beyond. Core workshops are required along with four electives of your choosing. Elective workshops offer a chance to expand and explore more specific topics based on the interests of each participant.

The Institute provides for the opportunity to obtain two different type of certificates: Purple or Gold

PLEASE NOTE: Regardless of the certificate type, official Institute enrollment and participation will be tracked and monitored using Desire2Learn (D2L). If needed, you can register for a D2L FAST workshop.
