About the Bruker D2 Phaser XRD
This is a novel desktop X-ray diffraction tool enabling the analysis of poly-crystalline material. The D2 PHASER desktop diffractometer is equipped with an integrated PC (complete with workflow software and the TOPAS analysis program) and a flat screen monitor. The LYNXEYE 1-dimensional compound silicon strip detector greatly enhances resolution and data collection times. The instrument is equipped with both Cu and Co anode X-ray sources.
