- Sign a Confidentiality Statement form
- DUO MultiFactor Authentication Setup - West Chester University uses DUO Security as a two-factor authentication solution.
New Employees should receive a DUO enrollment invitation in their West Chester University email (email is from noreply@duosecurity.com)

What can I connect to?
Note: Many of WCU programs require DUO MultiFactor Authentication.
- D2L is the Learning Management System (LMS) used by WCU to support online education for faculty and students.
- myWCU is the student administration system used for accessing student information, advising students, grading, and class scheduling.
- Webmail allows faculty and students to access their WCU email account using any device.
- Employee Self Service (ESS) provides employees with the ability to directly view their human resource and payroll data in the PASSHE system.
- RamCloud allows faculty and students to access software applications from any location using any device (including mobile devices) whether university owned or personal.
- RamNet is the University's wireless network.
Our Services
- The IT Help Desk supports faculty, staff, and students. It provides a single point of contact for users to gain assistance in troubleshooting, get answers to questions, and solve problems.
- D2L is the Learning Management System (LMS) used by WCU to support online education for faculty and students.
- WCU Alert is WCU's free emergency notification system, WCU ALERT, sends text messages to cell phones (SMS), wireless PDAs, pagers, and e-mail addresses.
- The Digital Media Center offers a variety of audio and video services to university faculty.
- Multimedia Services and Information Services is dedicated to promoting and supporting the integration of technology within the academic environment. This integration is achieved with multimedia rooms, presentation rooms, Lecture Capture rooms, and web conferencing resources.
- myWCU is used by faculty for accessing student information, advising, grading, and class scheduling.
- Training is provided to faculty and staff via FAST (Faculty and Staff Training).

- Camtasia : Record audio/screen capture of presentations for use with D2L courses.
- Document Camera: Use document cameras to project pages of books, articles, some 3D objects, or written material that can be annotated on the fly.
- Faculty "To Do" List : A technology checklist to help you navigate throughout the semester.
- LinkedIn Learning: Provides access to a library of high-quality training videos and tutorials dedicated to specific skills, subject areas and software.
- Kaltura - Video Streaming : Kaltura is a secure audio/video streaming service that is used to deliver high quality media to D2L.
- Lecture Capture: With Lecture Capture, you can record class materials, capture lectures and demonstrations, and record students' work for future evaluation.
- Multimedia Classrooms: A multimedia classroom provides the Instructor with a projector, a workstation/lectern, a personal computer and/or an Apple Macintosh computer, and a supporting audio system, with a few select rooms providing a DVD player and/or document camera.
- Presentation Classrooms: A presentation classroom provides the Instructor with a projector, a supporting audio system and a wall plate with appropriate connections for a Laptop/PC, and, in some locations, a connection for a DVD player.
- Qualtrics Surveys : Qualtrics is a web-based tool for building and administering surveys and is available to all WCU faculty, staff and students.
- Ram Print: Using a "Find-Me-Print" queue, faculty/staff/students will be able to print/copy/scan to various MFP's (Multi-Function Printers) located on campus directly using 'swipe-to-print' technologies.
- RamCloud: RamCloud allows secure delivery of WCU software applications for faculty, staff and students to learn and work from any location using any PC, MAC, Android or iOS device whether university owned or personal.
- RamNet Wireless : RamNet Wireless and RamNet Guest are the wireless networks at West Chester University.
- Scantron Test Scoring: Scantron test scoring equipment is available in the library as well as in some academic departments.
- Software Downloads: From software for on campus use to software for home use, from anti-virus software and virtual desktop applications, there is a variety of software available for you to download.
- Web: The Web Team is a group of web developers who assist with the technical design, production and maintenance of web sites for WCU.
