Clearances
Note that background clearances are valid for one year from date of issue for field courses and cannot turn one year old during a semester. For example, for the Fall 2025 semester, the issue date of your clearances and TB test must be on or after December 10, 2024.
- Courses requiring clearances
The link above shows you the courses that need clearances. If possible, try to take those required courses (Ex. SED 300 and LAN 401) in two consecutive semesters, so that your clearances are valid for both courses. - Clearance checklist
