WHAT IS ADHD?
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects attention and control of impulses. It can impact academic performance, behavior, and everyday functioning across many settings.
Common signs of ADHD may include:
- Difficulty paying attention
- Trouble staying organized or completing tasks
- Impulsivity or action without thought
- Excessive movement or restlessness
- Forgetfulness during daily activities
Symptoms can present themselves differently depending on age and other differences. If you are unsure whether ADHD may be a concern, a comprehensive evaluation can help provide clarity.
