We are excited to announce 1st place winner of the CSM spring 2026 Student Poster Presentation, presented by Master's student Romance Albarqawi, and PsyD Student Sarah Ritcher on "Investigating the Influence of Parental Nativity on Social Anxiety, Tolerance of Uncertainty, and Self-Esteem in Grade-School Children."

RAISE lab graduate research assistant, Jenna Loquercio, has won the 2026 Pennsylvania Psychological Associations’ Patricia M. Bricklin Student Ethics Award for her paper entitled, Pressure with Purpose: The Ethics of Simulation-Based Training. She will receive her award at PPA’s Annual Convention and will write an related article for The Pennsylvania Psychologist.
Dr. Grassetti receives the Campus Diversity Award, presented to faculty for outstanding
contributions to the spirit of diversity on WCU's campus.
