Dr. Mishra and her team were exactly what we needed to help us navigate this complex project. They were patient, thorough, and collaborative; working with Dr. Mishra and her graduate students was a pleasure and a professional experience from beginning to end. We received top-notch research and analysis that demonstrated a strong commitment to quality. The final product exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to engaging the services of the I/O Lab in the future as we gather more data to keep our validation research up-to-date and relevant.

I really enjoyed and learned a lot with both Amanda and Thomas. The flexibility they both had was absolutely incredible. I was able to learn more deep into the leadership role.
