OnBase is West Chester University’s Electronic Content Management System (ECM) and is used to archive and manage paper and electronic information digitally; by consolidating data, process, and form management processes.
We use OnBase for:
- Archiving documents
- Creating & distributing digital and paper forms
- Document or electronic form driven workflows
We currently use OnBase in Admissions, Registrar’s, Financial Aid offices and other academic offices. We are working on conversion projects in HR and hopefully starting projects in other departments on campus. If you have a problem or would like to find out more information about OnBase please submit a ticket below. There is a New Solution button option if you do not have OnBase and would like to start to use the system.
