Julie McCulloh Nair PhD, RN, PHNA-BC, CCRE

Philosophy

I'm a strong proponent of mentorship and often use role modeling to facilitate professional development and career readiness for my students. I have high expectations, but provide an abundance of real world resources to help them achieve more than they thought possible. I maintain an open line of communication and ensure my availability to all of my students, advisees and alumni. I consider my faculty role to be a privilege and I'm honored to participate in my students' personal and academic growth.
