Certified Community Health Worker Certificate
As an approved provider for the educational training of the Certified Community Health Worker (CCHW) credential, the University and College are now directly positioned to support the health of all: physical, mental, and social by providing individuals the knowledge and skills to impact healthcare delivery and address the social determinants of health as aspiring CCHWs. Your collaboration in developing modules was the keystone to this success.
Looking ahead, we will welcome our cohort on the following Fridays to follow up on their learning and engage in simulations based on the content they explored in the preceding weeks. They kicked off the training last Friday.

Each session will run approximately 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with simulations scheduled from 12:30-2:30 p.m.
