North Campus Residents (30 or more Credits)

Qualifications & Permit Eligibility

North Campus Resident students who have accumulated 30 or more credits prior to the beginning of the fall semester and who live on North Campus are eligible to purchase a Q & R parking permit. This is a "Q" permit.

Parking Lots

North Campus Residents with an "Q" permit are permitted to park in designated parking spaces within the following parking lots:

  • Q lot: South of Farrell Stadium on South New Street
  • R lot: East of Farrell Stadium on Stadium Road
  • S3 lot: South New Street next to the Serpico Stadium
