The Rainbow Collective of Chester County is a partnership between the LGBT Equality
Alliance of Chester County and Planned Parenthood Southeastern PA. These groups were
started to offer LGBTQ+ young people a safe space to feel accepted and empowered,
where they can embrace their identities without judgement, fear of violence, harassment,
or judgment. The Collective includes two groups: the SPOT and Rainbow Phoenix.
Their meeting locations are in Phoenixville and West Chester. Each group meets twice
a month for activities focused on education, support, advocacy, creative expression,
and friendship.
