About the Rooms

Below you will find the frequently asked questions regarding campus housing that is operated by the University. Please take the time to check out this section prior to placing a call to our office! We're sure you'll find the answers you're looking for!

What size sheets will I need for my bed?

All of our north campus residence hall rooms have extra long twin beds, and require 80-inch sheets. The South Campus Apartment Complex need 76-inch sheets (standard twin).

Are the rooms air conditioned?

Goshen Hall, Killinger Hall, Schmidt Hall, Tyson Hall, and the South Campus Apartment Complex are air conditioned.

Can I bring my own air conditioner?

No. This is not necessary as window-unit air conditioners are provided in each room.

Are we allowed to have a microwave?

Resident students are permitted to bring a microwave from home provided it is no larger than 0.7 cubic feet.

Are we allowed to have a refrigerator?

Resident students are permitted to bring a refrigerator from home provided it is no larger than 3.6 cubic feet.

Are the rooms carpeted?

North campus residence hall rooms are not carpeted. The South Campus Apartment Complex rooms are carpeted.

What size carpet should I buy?

The dimensions of the rooms are below.  We recommend using a carpet that is slightly smaller to ensure the best fit.

What are the dimensions of the rooms?

Do the window's have blinds?

YES! All of our windows have blinds.
