2024-2025 First Year and Transfer Student Housing Application opens March 27, 2024

The housing application (WCU Managed and USH Affiliated Housing) for first year students and transfer students (students beginning classes Fall 2024) opens on March 27, 2024 at 10:00am EST.

How to Apply to Housing

May 2024 Move Out

Residence halls close on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at 10am. Graduating seniors may be approved to stay through 4pm on Sunday, May 12, 2024.
Due to summer operations and cleaning schedules, no departures after 4pm on May 12, 2024, will be approved.
Make your plans now! More detailed information on how to prepare your room to move out will be sent out in early April.

2024-2025 Returning Student Housing Application opens Dec. 18, 2023

Returning students interested in living in WCU Managed Housing or USH Affiliated Housing for the 2024-2025 academic year will be able to apply for housing starting at 9:00am (EST) on Monday, December 18, 2023.
