Undergraduate and Graduate ceremonies will take place on campus in one of two locations, Hollinger Field House or Asplundh Concert Hall

Ticket Information

Each graduate received up to six (6) tickets per person. For most ceremonies, additional tickets will be available on May 1. Please visit the ticket site to request your additional tickets.

Graduates do not require a ticket. Infants and small toddlers, two years old and younger, who will sit on laps do not need a ticket. 

Doors open sixty (60) minutes prior to start time.  Tickets may be printed in advance or displayed on a mobile device. All ceremonies will be live streamed for those who do not have a ticket or do not feel comfortable attending.

How long is my Commencement Ceremony?

Each ceremony will be approximately one hour.

Will ceremonies be live streamed?

Yes, all ceremonies will be live streamed. Please check the day of the ceremony for the link.

What do I need to bring to my Commencement Ceremony?

Graduates, please arrive sixty (60) minutes early. Please report to Ehringer Gym if your ceremony is in Hollinger Fieldhouse. Please report to the Green Room in Phillips Memorial Building if your ceremony is in Asplundh Concert Hall.  The procession begins fifteen (15) minutes prior to the ceremony start time. Please arrive to the ceremony wearing your cap and gown.
