Recieving Diploma at Commencement

Commencement Ceremony Ticket Information

General admission tickets are required for all guests attending WCU’s May Commencement Ceremonies.  Infants and small toddlers, three years old and younger, who will sit on a parent/guardian's lap do not need a ticket.

Each graduate may request up to six (6) guest tickets.

Graduates do not require a ticket.

You will be able to request these tickets in early March. Students who do not request tickets by April 13, 2020 will only be able to request two (2) guest tickets via the Ticket Request Form.

After the Ticket Request Form is completed, tickets are emailed to the graduate's email address.

Tickets will be scanned upon entrance.  Tickets may be printed in advance or displayed on a mobile device.

Commencement Ticket Policy

Commencement Tickets are free and are not permitted to be sold or exchanged for goods and services.
