The curriculum focuses on the development of core competencies in the areas of: compensation and benefits; employee and labor relations; ethics; global human resources; human resource metrics; leadership and change management; and workforce planning. West Chester University’s MSHRM is a 10-course, 30-credit program offered completely online in a seven-week format to meet the needs of working professionals.
