100% Online

Your entire degree is delivered in a 100% online class format.  You can take one course at time, part time, and graduate in less than two years!   Many students complete their entire degree online in less than one year as a full time student.  You never need to come to campus.

24/7 Any time

Our online courses are asynchronous, which means that there are weekly deadlines and examination windows, but generally no other set time that you need to log into the course. This means that you can complete your classwork on your weekly schedule – around your work and family commitments.

Tutition Frozen

Our Tuition Rates have been frozen for 2019-2020 and 2020-2021.  We are committed to delivering value to our students.  We are one of the best educational values in Pennsylvania and throughout the United States.

Pennsylvania residents pay an affordable $1,548 in tuition per course. Out of state students pay just $1,578 in tuition per course.  Your entire degree is estimated to cost less than $22,000, including tuition, fees, and allowances for book and graduation expenses.

We are accredited by AACSB International - the premier global accrediting body for business schools. "AACSB Accreditation represents the highest standard of achievement for business schools worldwide. Less than 5% of the world's 13,000 business programs have earned AACSB Accreditation. AACSB-accredited schools produce graduates that are highly skilled and more desirable to employers than other non-accredited schools."

We are aligned with SHRM’s HR Curriculum Guidebook and Templates. Throughout the world, 440 programs in 331 educational institutions have been acknowledged by SHRM as being in alignment with its suggested guides and templates. The HR Curriculum Guidebook and Templates were developed by SHRM to define the minimum HR content areas that should be studied by HR students at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The guidelines -- created in 2006 and revalidated in 2010 and 2013 -- are part of SHRM’s Academic Initiative to define HR education standards taught in university business schools and help universities develop degree programs that follow these standards.

Students enrolled in an HR or HR-related degree program at an educational institution aligned to SHRM’s core curriculum guidelines are eligible to apply for the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) exam. Eligible students must be in their final year of study, be in good standing (as defined by their university), and possess a minimum of 500 hours of relevant HR experience.
