Below is the latest SourcePoint (SAP Ariba) training schedule from PASSHE. To register for SAP Ariba/SourcePoint training, please click on the applicable training link below.  Please note in order for the links to work, you must be logged onto WCU’s network.  If you are working remotely, you would need to VPN into WCU’s network before clicking on the link. Please register for required courses by February 26th, 2021 to help PASSHE plan for session coverage. PASSHE recommends registering early as courses are offered on a “first come, first served” basis and will fill up.

As a reminder, WCU Finance and Business Services is also offering the following customer service initiatives to support you during the transition to PASSHE’s SAP Ariba SourcePoint.

  • You may send an email with any questions about SourcePoint to Purchasing@wcupa.edu.
  • You may contact the Purchasing Department directly at (610) 436-3514.
  • You may visit the WCU SourcePoint Resource page for additional information. This page will be updated frequently with training material, FAQs and best practices.

Finance and Business Services will send out weekly updates with FAQs and additional training material over the new few weeks during the transition to SourcePoint.

REQUESTORS

Requesters, end users who submit purchasing, sourcing, and/or contract requests, will receive access to help guides, and resources.  Optional virtual training will be available for users who would like a live learning experience.

To register, click the links below and complete the Zoom registration form.  On the confirmation screen, you will have the option to add the event to your Outlook calendar.  We recommend using this feature to help track your personal training schedule.

 

Recommended Courses for Requesters:  

  • Guided Buying 101 (90 Minutes)
  • Approval Demo (30 Minutes)

Note:  You should only register for one session of each course.

 APPROVERS

Approvers will receive access to help guides and resources, Optional virtual training will be available for users who would like a live learning experience.

If you supervise Requestors or submit requisitions on your own behalf, you may also want to attend the Guided Buying 101 Training.
