Biography

My name is Mary K. Gormley.  I work in the Communication Sciences and Disorders Department at West Chester University.  I love working at West Chester and have been employed at West Chester University for 9 Years.  I previously worked as Secretary in the Technology Center in the College of Education at West Chester University.

I provide administrative support for the Department Chairperson and the faculty members of the Communication Sciences & Disorders Department.  My job is to enroll the incoming first year students, Pre-Graduate Certificate and Master’s level students in their classes in our program each semester and assist our students with any schedule changes and requests.                        

I currently live in Downingtown, Pennsylvania and am married and have 4 children.                                           

My favorite pastimes are spending time with my family and friends.  I love to walk on trails, bike with my husband and enjoy taking exercise classes here at West Chester University.  My favorite place to vacation every summer is on the beach at the Jersey shore!
