Cost and Required Information

The cost for Parking Garage Semester Passes varies by Garage (see below). Payment must either be cash, a check made out to IMPARK, or by credit card. In order to pick up your semester pass, you must present the following:

  • Drivers License
  • Vehicle Registration
  • University ID Card

Summer Semester Passes: All parking garages offer a Summer Semester Pass, at a rate of $150.00. This pass is valid for all summer sessions and is available for students and employees.

Refunds: There are no refunds for parking garage semester passes. All Sales are Final.

Please call 610-436-9689 to schedule an appointment year round. Extended sales hours are available at the start of each semester, and will be posted.

New Street Parking Garage - 300 West Nields Street

Student Recreation Center Parking Garage - 275 North Campus Drive

    • There is no hourly parking in this garage

Sharpless Street Parking Garage - 25 Sharpless Street

Sharpless and New Street Garage Vouchers

Convenient Garage Parking Vouchers! A convenient Voucher System for the Sharpless Street Parking Garage and New Street Parking Garage has been established by the Borough Parking Management Company. The Voucher System is intended for Departments who regularly host guests on campus such as; open houses, lecturers, visiting professors, or Board Members. Departments can now purchase discounted vouchers which enable your guests to park in the Sharpless Street Garage or New Street Garage at no charge to your guest.

WCU Faculty/Staff Responsibilities:

  • Contact the Borough Parking Management Company at 610-436-9689 to order vouchers or email the manager at klechner@impark.com.
    • Payments may be made by using your departmental P-Card.
      • Please note that all credit card payments have to be made in person at the Sharpless Street Parking Garage
    • Discounted Vouchers cost $7.50 each, and last up to 24 hours.
    • Vouchers must be purchased in packs of 10, are good for one-time use and do not expire!
    • Vouchers can only be used in the garage they were purchased for.
  • Please contact Ashley Arroyo immediately after purchase to receive your tracking log and exit instructions.

Visitor/Guest Responsibilities:

  • Guests must park in the garage and pull out an entrance ticket.
    • They must collect their voucher from you before they leave campus.
  • When guests leave the garage for the day, they will use the exit gate located in the garage.
    1. Guest inserts the entrance ticket at the exit gate
    2. Insert the voucher when asked for payment
    3. The gate will lift when the transaction is complete

The Voucher System is intended for Departments who regularly host guests on campus. This allows your guest to conveniently park on North Campus in the Sharpless Street Parking Garage or New Street Parking Garage at no cost to them. They no longer need to circle around campus looking for a parking space, thereby saving time and frustration.

Please note, these vouchers are for official use by University guests only. Students and Employees may not use vouchers purchased with Public Funds.
