Biography
Dr. Vicky Katsioloudes teaches management and human resources courses at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. She received her Ph.D. in Human Resource Leadership Development from Louisiana State University. Her current research interests lie into two streams: employee training and development with a focus on learning transfer from workplace training, and the pedagogy of leadership development. Dr. Katsioloudes is actively involved in the Academy of Human Resource Development. Dr. Katsioloudes has extensive experience in the training and development field and has worked in diverse cultural settings including Cyprus, Greece, the United Kingdom, and different parts of the United States.
