Biography
As an Assistant Professor, Dr. Jae Young Choi joined the Department of Management at West Chester University in 2021. He received his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Drexel University. His research focuses on leader influence, personality, and interpersonal dynamics. Moreover, his teaching interests include Organizational Behavior and Human Resources courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. He won the 2019 Teaching Assistant Excellence Award, 2021 Continued Excellence in Teaching Assistance Award from the Graduate School, and 2019 Dr. John J. Clark and Dr. Margaret T. Clark Outstanding Ph.D. Student Instructor Award from LeBow College of Business while at Drexel University.
