Rt. 724 Opportunity Zones
Project Description
The Rt. 724 corridor runs through Chester and Berks counties and connects several small and large towns. The corridor has seen increased population and increased traffic in recent years. Working with the Chester County Economic Development Council, students completed a comprehensive analysis of four "opportunity zones," which are areas targeted for development to support the local economies along the corridor. Students completed regional and site analyses for each of the properties and offered a range of suggested guidelines for future development.
