Superindendent Brian ulmer

Dr. Brian Ulmer was approved by the Jersey Shore Area School Board as the district’s new superintendent by a unanimous vote. Ulmer earned a doctorate in public administration from West Chester University and a master’s degree in education and a superintendent’s letter of eligibility from California University of Pennsylvania. The Northeast Conference on Public Administration (NECoPA) is taking place online on November 6th and 7th, 2020. Your attendance is invited, and as a student, you are eligible for complimentary admission. NECoPA is an annual conference of scholars and practitioners of public service, public management, and public policy, and is a collaborative endeavor intended to foster discussions on research and practice in public and nonprofit organizations. ·    Conferences provide students with a unique opportunity to learn about new dimensions of public service, the strategies managers employ to address problems, and the research methodologies that academics use to study issues in the public sector.
