The Academic Support & Advocacy Center (ASA) intends to achieve the following goals to support student success.

Key Objectives

  • Institute campus-wide coordinated differentiated care for students who would benefit from high-touch care.
  • Ensure care is proactive rather than reactive.
  • Leverage a centralized support model for student success coordinators to allow for redundancy, cross-training, common differentiated care strategies, and organizational growth opportunities.
  • Ensure enrollment support team maintains a strong integration with academic departments which they serve.
  • Have personnel infrastructure to respond to alerts/cases (Navigate) and connect students with meaningful support services in a coordinated manner.
  • Increase retention rates toward the 87.9% historical high.
