About Us & Staff

Maintenance Services

WCU-Managed Housing (Tyson, Goshen, Schmidt, and Killinger Halls and the South Campus Apartment Complex and College Arms)

All resident students may submit work requests 24 hours a day/7 days a week, through Sodexo, our Facilities Management team .

USH-Affiliated Housing (Allegheny, Brandywine, Commonwealth and University Hall, and the Village and East Village at WCU)

Students in affiliated housing may also submit work orders via the web for USH-Affiliated Housing. Follow the preceding link, select the facility you live in, and then click on the work order icon at the bottom of the page. A work order number will be provided after you fill in the requested information. All repair work will be done by USH staff.

AFTER HOUR EMERGENCY

If you have a maintenance emergency after 4pm, please call Public Safety at 610-436-3311 or ext. 3311. Examples: Overflowing toilet, water leak, broken window/glass, loss of hot water, AC issue (temperature above 78 degrees), loss of heat (temperature below 65 degrees).
