Room and Roommate Assignment Information

Students will receive their assignment confirmation in an e-mail sent to their WCU e-mail account. This e-mail will provide students with the Hall and Room Number of their new "home away from home," in addition to the name and contact information of your new roommate.

Please note that in the assignment process, we took into consideration your stated preferences and attempted to accommodate you accordingly. If you find that you are unhappy with your assignment, room changes can be requested during the second week of classes. No room changes will be allowed prior to the designated time during the second week of the semester. Information regarding this Open Room Change process will be available at the main desk of each building. If extenuating circumstances necessitate canceling your housing contract, please review section 2 of the housing agreement if you wish to request a release from your housing contract.
