Common Hour Policy - This policy sets aside dedicated time for employees in the Division of Student Affairs to focus on the following divisional priorities:

  • Curriculum development
  • Diversity, equity, inclusion and social justice
  • Strategic planning initiatives
  • Professional development

The Common Hour occurs each month on the third and fourth Thursdays from 9-10:30AM.

Ram Plan Training Policy - This policy outlines the responsibilities of department leaders and the Division of Student Affairs for introducing the Ram Plan to candidates during the interview process, including the Ram Plan in new employee onboarding, and providing professional development opportunities related to the Ram Plan.

Ram Plan Application Policy - This policy provides the major components of the application content, the review committee's responsibilities, and the review process.

Ram Plan Experience Delivery Policy - This policy explains employee responsibilities for marketing and delivering the program, scoring students' assessments, and adding programs to students’ transcripts.

Ram Plan Assessment Appeals Policy - This policy describes the process for students who wish to appeal their assessment scores, the review process, and the responsibilities of all parties involved.

Ram Plan Experience Withdrawal Policy - This policy explains how a student can remove an experience from their transcript and guidelines for re-adding the program later.

Ram Plan Experience Inactivation Policy - This policy outlines the process for faculty and staff who no longer wish to offer a specific program as part of the Ram Plan.
