Philadelphia Wind Band Festival Registration

Fees

  • High School Ensembles: $750
  • Junior High and Middle School Ensembles: $500

Performance Venues

Participating Ensembles will be assigned to one of two performance venues on the campus of West Chester University - either the FEATURED STAGE (Madeleine Wing Adler Theatre) or the INVITED STAGE (Emilie K. Asplundh Concert Hall). Assignments will be made following the evaluation of performance materials. Photos & specifications for each facility can be found online through the WCU Venue Management website.

Schools will be selected to perform based on the date we receive the application and payment. Deadline for application and receipt of payment is Friday, December 1, 2023.

Audio Samples should be uploaded to the OneDrive folder which will be provided in the confirmation email.

Requirements:

  • Up to three contrasting selections for a total run time of 10-20 minutes
  • Must be products of the current director and from the last year
  • Recordings should be unedited run-through performances (rehearsal recordings ARE acceptable)
