Angela Howard, Ed.D.
Associate Provost for Global Engagement
E-mail Angela HowardAngela Howard is the Associate Provost for Global Engagement. She is the Principle Designated School Official (PDSO) and Responsible Officer (RO). Angela serves as the faculty and student contact for international student success linked activities and administrative contact for ELS Language Center and institutional compliance with immigration practices.
Nora Maurer, M.Ed
Associate Director of Education Abroad
E-mail Nora MaurerNora has worked in the Center for International Programs since 2015 and serves as the primary point of contact for education abroad program development, risk management and mitigation for education abroad, and study abroad program budget development and administration. As a study abroad alumna and world traveler, Nora is passionate about working with WCU faculty and staff members to create educational programs abroad that are accessible and enriching for all WCU students.
Emily Rooney
Assistant Director of International Programs
E-mail Emily RooneyEmily works closely with international students, faculty, staff, and supports internationalization initiatives at the university. She is a Designated School Official (DSO) and Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO). Emily also works with all WCU students interested in participating in an international program. She advises students through the process of studying, volunteering, interning, or teaching abroad. Emily is an alumna of West Chester, having graduated with her Bachelor's in Spanish Language and Literature in 2015, and is currently finishing her Master's in Higher Education Policy and Student Affairs. Thanks to her study abroad experience at WCU, she moved to Spain after graduation where she lived and worked for 5 years.
Daniele Clay
Administrative Support and National Student Exchange Coordinator
E-mail Daniele ClayDaniele Clay provides administrative support for the Center for International Programs and serves as WCU's main point of contact for the National Student Exchange program. She enjoys working with students. She received her BA in Comparative Literature and MA in Literature from West Chester University.
