Electronic Security Request Form has changed!

We have re-constructed the Electronic Security Request Form to be more efficient and user-friendly to our cardholders at WCU.

Please use the following questions to connect to the correct page and complete the short request form.

  1. Deactivate your RamNetID card for lost, missing, or stolen RamNetID cards. You may also stop by the Card Access window at 690 S. Church St. Side Entrance.
  2. Activate your new RamNetID card. You may also stop by the Card Access window at 690 S. Church St. Side Entrance.
  3. Request access to a building, room or area; (ex: Anderson Hall, SSN Biology Room SSN 174, Student Rec Center Turnstiles), click here (link to electronic form).
  4. To report a problem with a card reader, door, or camera.
  5. To schedule an event or to add, change or remove a door schedule.
  6. To get a quote for a new device such as a card reader, panic alarm, or camera. This only pertains to the administrative department.
  7. Request a Contractor Card for a business or affiliate.

Initial process for Lost Cards:

  1. Notify Card Access to deactivate your card, this will prevent anyone else who may have picked up your card.
  2. Notify SSI to suspend your meal plan.
  3. To obtain a new card, please go to SSI (normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm located at the Sykes building) to re-issue a new card.

PLEASE NOTE: It will take 24-48 hours for cards to populate in the database system. For immediate attention please go to the Card Access window at Public Safety, located at the Peoples Building, 690 S Church St at Side Entrance. Hours of operation: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Ram Card Fees: (fees are subject to change please verify on wcupa.edu Ram Card office)

  • Initial Undergraduate Student ID: $20.00
  • Initial Graduate Student ID: $20.00
    Initial or Replacement Faculty/Staff ID: Must have signed HR Employee ID Authorization Form
  • Lost/Stolen Student ID Replacement: $20.00
    Damaged Student ID Replacement: $20.00
  • Change of Photo/Name: $20.00
  • Nursing Clinical ID Badge: $6.00
