Dr. Wade joined the Department of Public Policy and Administration in 2013 and teaches courses in the Master and Doctor of Public Administration programs. After teaching high school for five years in southwest Missouri, she received her MPA from Missouri State University in 2004 and her PhD from Southern Illinois University in 2009. Dr. Wade's research interests focus on social equity and public policy. She currently serves as the internship supervisor in the MPA program. From 2009-2013, Dr. Wade was an assistant professor at Northwest Missouri State University where she served as the advisor and internship supervisor for the undergraduate Public Administration major. Dr. Wade is originally from Missouri and is a huge fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.
