Dr. Yong J. Wang
Dr. Yong J. Wang teaches marketing strategy, marketing analytics, and marketing research at undergraduate and graduate levels. His integrated market planning approach helps visionary enterprises advance technological capabilities, strengthen relationship ties, and achieve good return from market development and expansion. He has published over 60 articles in journals such as International Journal of Production Economics, Industrial Management and Data Systems, Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, Journal of Business-to-Business Marketing, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Business Research, and Management Decisions. He has also completed over 30 reports and feasibility studies for consulting agencies such as McKinsey, Roland Berger, PRTM, Thomson Reuters-Round Table, and AC Nielsen. Previously as a legal counsel, he represented companies such as Emerson Electric, Johnson & Johnson, Total Fina Elf, ConocoPhilips, Honeywell, and Ingersoll-Rand in business development and negotiations, and consulted with many others for market entry and exit.
