Rt. 1 Corridor Revitalization
Project Description
In partnership with the Chester County Economic Development Council (CCEDC), the purpose of this studio project was to analyze the development potential of a selection of "Opportunity Zones" along the Route 1 corridor in southern Chester County. Two teams of students worked on two separate parcels in the area around Oxford Borough. Site analyses, as well as demographic and economic analyses were completed to inform a development vision for each of the parcels.
