Biography

Dr. Blythe Rosikiewicz is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at West Chester University and received her Ph.D. in Management from Drexel University. Dr. Rosikiewicz teaches human resources courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Her research focuses on competition in the workplace, dark-side leadership, and talent in teams. She won the Dr. John J. Clark and Dr. Margaret T. Clark Outstanding Ph.D. Student Instructor Award in 2016 while at Drexel University.
