2016 West Chester University Poetry Conference Scholarship Opportunities
Wil Mills Scholarship
We are pleased to announce the Wil Mills Scholarship for the West Chester University Poetry Conference (June 8-11). The scholarship includes all fees, meals and lodging, and a $200 travel allowance
- To be eligible, applicants must have published at least one chapbook of 48 pages or less (no full-length collections).
- Metrical poetry is favored.
- There is no entrance fee. Please submit chapbooks and label envelope, Wil Mills Scholarship. No entries will be returned.

Michael and Dianne Peich Scholarship
Full scholarship - One full scholarship ($1,000) will be awarded to a West Chester University student
based on merit and need. Submit a statement of interest and need and a maximum of
five pages of poetry.
Deadline: May 1, 2016
West Chester University Poetry Conference Scholarships
Student Scholarships - Full or partial scholarships will be awarded to current undergraduate or graduate
students. Judging is based on merit and need. Submit a statement of interest and
need, and a maximum of five pages of poetry.
Deadline: April 1, 2016
General Attendee Scholarships - Full or partial scholarships will be awarded based on merit and need. Submit a
statement including your contributions to previous conferences, CV, and a maximum
of five poems.
