Joslyn Yates serves as Digital Content Specialist for the College of Arts and Humanities, where she manages digital communications and storytelling across the College’s social media platforms, website, newsletters, digital signage, and photo and video content. She works closely with the Dean’s Office, academic departments, faculty, staff, and students to share College news, promote events and opportunities, strengthen audience engagement, and create accessible and engaging content for current and prospective students.
Joslyn earned her B.A. in Media & Culture with a minor in Digital Marketing from West Chester University and is currently pursuing her MBA at WCU. Her professional interests include digital strategy, social media, visual storytelling, audience engagement, analytics, and accessible web content. As both a staff member and WCU alumna, she enjoys finding creative ways to highlight the people, programs, and experiences that make up the College of Arts and Humanities.
