Dr. Lisa Montgomery serves as Director of Student Advocacy and Resources, where she leads efforts to support students experiencing financial hardship and unforeseen challenges. Dr. Montgomery also serves as a key liaison and navigator within the university system, leveraging her extensive experience, including prior service as Student Ombuds, to advocate for students and promote their overall success and well-being. Outside of work, Dr. Montgomery enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family. She holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Policy, Planning, and Administration. Her pronouns are she/her/hers.
