Cycling w/ Erin (Max capacity: 19)

Date/Time/Location: Saturday, 9/30 from 8:00am – 8:30am in Studio C of the Student Recreation Center

Description: A cardio and strength training class based on a variety of resistance and sprint sets on bicycles. Learn combinations of climbs, jumps, and sprints to get your heart rate soaring in this moderate to intense cycling class filled with a wide selection of upbeat music!

Grit w/ Sammie (Max capacity: 26)

Date/Time/Location: Saturday, 9/30 from 9:30am – 10:00am in Studio B of the Student Recreation Center

Description: LES MILLS GRIT™ is 30-minutes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), developed by experts to deliver transformative results. Featuring short, intense bursts of effort followed by periods of recovery, the scientifically structured intervals allow you push your body into your max effort training zone – and that's where the results happen.

Yoga w/ Hyla (Max capacity: 26)

Date/Time/Location: Saturday, 9/30 from 10:30am – 11:30am in Studio B of the Student Recreation Center

Description: This class is ideal for anyone new to yoga and interested in its benefits that will help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus. It is moderately paced so you will learn the fundamental Yoga postures and principles that create a successful and effective mind/body practice.

Men’s Rugby vs. Temple University at 1:00pm on Matlack Field

D1 Club Men's Ice Hockey vs. University of Pittsburgh at 2:00pm at Iceline Quad Rinks

Pickleball Singles Tournament (Max capacity: 16)

Date/Location: Saturday, 9/30 on Court 1 of the Student Recreation Center

Time: Check-in begins at 9:00am and the tournament begins promptly at 9:30am.

Format/Rules: 1v1 tournament style will be a double elimination bracket. Matches will consist of one game to 15 points, with players switching sides after one player gets to 8 points. The winner must win by 2 points (ex 15-13).

Championship Match: Best 2 out of 3 games to 11 points. Players will switch sides after the first game. If a third game is necessary, players will switch sides after the first player gets to 6 points.

Date/Time/Location: Saturday, 9/30 on Court 1 of the Student Recreation Center

Time: Check-in begins at 10:30am and the tournament begins promptly at 10:45am
